Starting October 25, discover the playful balance of effort and ease with our 7-Day Trick or Treat Yoga Challenge. As autumn deepens and Halloween approaches, this challenge invites you to explore both fiery, strength-building practices and soothing, restorative sessions. Over 7 days, you’ll move through an energizing mix of “tricks” that build stamina and heat, paired with “treats” that offer grounding release and deep rest.

You can follow the suggested classes as they’re laid out, or customize your journey by substituting practices that better fit your body and mind. Whether you’re craving a challenge, seeking balance, or simply needing a moment to unwind, these classes will support your journey with variety and intention. All sessions are available on-demand, so you can enjoy the challenge at your own pace and in your own time.
