On this episode, we are so happy to welcome Sharon Neish back to the podcast!

Sharon is an Australian Personal Trainer, Yoga Educator, author and Fitness Manager of Australia's largest fitness facility. In 2007, she began training as a First Responder which opened doorways to a deeper understanding of human anatomy. Sharon is currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology to complement her Yoga School, combining her skillset and passion for teaching yoga classes and facilitating yoga retreats.

In this class, Angela guides you through The 8 Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) Qigong followed by a spacious standing meditation. This practice is designed for those already familiar with the movements, allowing less focus on detailed instruction and more attention on internal awareness, breath, and felt experience as you move 🌿

The class concludes with a longer standing meditation, with options to modify for comfort, inviting steadiness, presence, and subtle energy awareness. A grounding and nourishing practice to support both body and mind 🧘‍♀️
