Join Angela for a grounding and nourishing 8 Brocades (Ba Duan Jin) Qigong + Standing Meditation practice ✨ If you’re already familiar with the movements, this class offers space to move with less instruction and more awareness, allowing you to tune into your internal and felt experience as you flow through each posture.

Incorporating Anatomy in a Yoga Class with Sharon Neish

On this episode, we are so happy to welcome Sharon Neish back to the podcast!

Sharon is an Australian Personal Trainer, Yoga Educator, author and Fitness Manager of Australia's largest fitness facility. In 2007, she began training as a First Responder which opened doorways to a deeper understanding of human anatomy. Sharon is currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology to complement her Yoga School, combining her skillset and passion for teaching yoga classes and facilitating yoga retreats.
