We’re working on something new behind the scenes at Your Yoga Flow Studio, and we’d love to involve members of our amazing community.

We’re preparing to launch Your Yoga Flow Studio as a wellness offering for teams and workplaces. This would give employees access to our on demand classes and practices as a simple, supportive wellbeing benefit.

This might be for you if:

This April, join us for our Bring a Friend Challenge, a four day experience designed to share your practice with someone you care about.

This series is an invitation to move, breathe, and connect together. Whether it is a friend, family member, or someone new to yoga, you can invite them to join you for free and experience the practices you love side by side.

Each day offers one accessible, thoughtfully selected class to support connection, ease, and enjoyment. Expect a blend of gentle movement, grounding breath, and space to simply be, whether you are introducing someone to yoga for the first time or deepening your own practice through shared experience.

All classes are available on demand, so you can move through the challenge at a time that works for both of you, while still being part of a shared journey within the community.

The classes included in this challenge will be open and free to access for anyone during the challenge dates, offering a simple and welcoming way to share the experience.
