Oh yes, articulated bridge is a good one! Feels so good on the back while also strengthening the hips, core and legs. Great for stability and coordination, and definitely a fun one to add in to your classes at the wall or with feet on the mat! Thank you for practicing and for the Luna love 🌙🐶💕
