Each day offers one thoughtfully selected class to support strength, mobility, and awareness. Expect a balance of energizing flows, steady holds, and moments to slow down and reconnect, creating a well rounded and accessible experience.

All classes are available on demand, so you can move through the challenge at a time that works best for you, while still being part of a shared journey within the community.

This is not about doing more, it’s about starting where you are and allowing movement to build naturally over the week.

We’re working on something new behind the scenes at Your Yoga Flow Studio, and we’d love to involve members of our amazing community.

We’re preparing to launch Your Yoga Flow Studio as a wellness offering for teams and workplaces. This would give employees access to our on demand classes and practices as a simple, supportive wellbeing benefit.

Expect a blend of gentle movement, grounding breath, and space to simply be, whether you are introducing someone to yoga for the first time or deepening your own practice through shared experience.
