When we first imagined creating a collection of apparel for Your Yoga Flow Studio, we knew we didn't want to simply put a logo on a t-shirt and call it merchandise.

We wanted to create something more meaningful.

Something that felt like an extension of the practice.

For years, our community has come together to move, breathe, learn, connect, and grow. Yoga has never been something that only happens on the mat; it becomes part of how we show up in our relationships, our work, our challenges, and our everyday moments.

That's what inspired this collection.

We wanted to create pieces that reflect the essence of the practice: simple, intentional, comfortable, and designed to move with you through your day.

Whether you're heading to class, enjoying a morning walk, meeting a friend for coffee, travelling, or simply taking a quiet moment for yourself, these are pieces created to support the life you live beyond the studio.

Each item in the collection was chosen with care. We focused on timeless styles, versatile colours, and comfortable, breathable, organic fabrics that feel as good as they look. Nothing complicated. Nothing trendy for the sake of being trendy. Simply everyday essentials designed to be worn again and again.

This collection represents more than apparel.

It represents community.

It represents showing up for yourself.

It represents carrying the values of your practice with you wherever you go.

Joanna is bringing us a beautiful, full-body journey of balance with her new Core & Restore Yoga Sculpt class.

This dynamic practice is all about honoring both sides of our nature: the strength to stand tall and the softness to truly rest. The first half focuses on stoking your inner fire, stabilizing your muscles, and building functional core strength through intentional planks and slow, controlled flows. Then, we shift gears completely, slowing down into deep Yin postures and grounding breathwork to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and let your body fully absorb the work.
