We don't believe in fine print, and we want to ensure that you are fully aware of the obligation of both, us and you.
Cancellation Policy
After your 7-day trial, your credit card will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments will continue unless you cancel at least 24-hours prior to the current cycle.
You can cancel your membership at any time. Login and cancel through your account profile. The customer is responsible for cancelling their membership.
Refund Policy
All sales and recurring payments are final - no exceptions.
We do not consider refund requests once a payment has been processed - regardless of whether you cancel the next day or shortly after the payment is processed.
Once you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current subscription period. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
Any requests for refunds will not be considered or responded to, as the policy is clearly stated.
Clear and Fair Policy
We are a small business, and refunding every request that happens "a day too late" or just after a payment has processed is simply not reasonable. If we made exceptions like this, there would be no clear boundary for what the policy is. Large platforms like Netflix or Prime Video wouldn’t offer refunds under these circumstances - and we operate under similar guidelines to keep things fair and sustainable.
Additionally, our refund and renewal policy was clearly outlined in the initial purchase email you received AND before you ever entered any payment information. As reasonable consumers, we expect that you understand the terms of your purchase when this information is provided upfront and you are given every opportunity to review it.
We also want to clarify that saying, "I didn’t know this was a recurring subscription" is not a valid reason for a refund. The recurring nature of the subscription is clearly stated at every step of the purchase process. Choosing not to read or review the details before purchasing is ultimately the consumer's responsibility.
We make every effort to provide this information transparently so you can make an informed decision.
For In-App Subscription Purchases
If you subscribed through the app:
Your subscription is with that third-party (Apple, Google Play).
Please visit the app store where your subscription is managed for their specific refund policy and guidelines.
We are not able to cancel your in-app subscription.
