This April, join us for our Bring a Friend Challenge, a four day experience designed to share your practice with someone you care about.

This series is an invitation to move, breathe, and connect together. Whether it is a friend, family member, or someone new to yoga, you can invite them to join you for free and experience the practices you love side by side.

Each day offers one accessible, thoughtfully selected class to support connection, ease, and enjoyment. Expect a blend of gentle movement, grounding breath, and space to simply be, whether you are introducing someone to yoga for the first time or deepening your own practice through shared experience.

All classes are available on demand, so you can move through the challenge at a time that works for both of you, while still being part of a shared journey within the community.

The classes included in this challenge will be open and free to access for anyone during the challenge dates, offering a simple and welcoming way to share the experience.

To invite a friend, simply copy and send them the link to this post! Once the challenge is running, they will have access to the classes via this post.

Join us for the Bring a Friend Challenge and share what you love with those you love.

Thank you for joining me Roxane!!!!! So wonderful to know you were there live with me!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share Marina. New beginnings are so wonderful and I love that a talk on theming took your contemplation in a different, but connected, direction! The inspiration comes from Thich Naht Hanh....I think it was an audio book called The Art of Mindful Living, which is a collection of talks....it helped me so much! Also as a person who learned a second language later in life...go for it! Thank you for taking the time to write this. It's such a powerful moment to connect with other people this way and it warms my heart to know that something that came up in this session has ignited and inspired this for you! :)

Thanks for joining Kate, Dawn!

Thanks Jennifer! It's so helpful to know that these types of sessions are interesting! :)

It's so hard for me too to say what my 'favourite music' is! Like you, it usually depends what mood i'm in and what happens to spark my interest at that moment! Currently I'm listening to 90's pop for bit of nostalgia :)
