Marc, I’ve been taking a vocal toning class. And I’ve saved your live stream to my favorites. I was on the live call as well and did all of the exercises along with you. I love that idea of the siren. That is brilliant! I have watched mini of your other videos on the platform for chanting and I think they are so very helpful in exercising and toning our vocal instrument. But more importantly than that, I am quite a bit older. I’m sure than many of the Yoga teachers and students on this site, and I can tell you that maintaining qualityvocal use is very much worthwhile as one ages. Of course, our students appreciate our beautiful voices, especially when they can hear them!

Saved to Favorites, Salla. I’m going to watch repeatedly and (hopefully) get my Full Wheel back. It’s been awhile since I injured myself (while executing the pose, my weak arm buckled and I fell onto my shoulder). I’ve been building strength, (including poses like Crow, Wild Thing and hand stand holds). Hope you will do more of these kinds of Hatha peak pose practices for us. Just lovely 🥰
