This was delightful!! I immediately tried this, and my granddaughter was intrigued. She is 6 years old. So, I taught her to jump rope as a result. I’m of the jump rope generation… I’m 68 years old. I have a nice heavy leather rope with large wooden handles. It is so fun to now have this training video in our library. Thank you! :-)

Such a delightful and illuminating Kundalini practice. Wonderful that this Virtual Yoga Studio gives us a taste of different yoga lineages. This is a superior practice video than many on YouTube that don’t, perhaps, give such warnings as given here. Because of the potential for injury to “new to Kundalini” practitioners these safety measures are very important to teach. Not only do they protect us, but teach us by modeling great teaching. Thank you! :-)

This is, perhaps, the best kundalini experience I’ve enjoyed. I say this because I’m feeling exhilarated right now after following along first time, so my ebullience may be floating my thoughts quite high. Things I most enjoyed were, vocal tone, descriptive language to answer questions I didn’t know I had until I heard your answer and the lovely previews laced into the practice to ease me into the next step in this journey today.
