Beautiful sequence and flow with graceful wording. Just right tempo for juicy warming softening practice. Twisted high lunge was the generous spiraling for my spine today. We built up to it sequentially, and I so appreciate your skill with this pacing.

Thank you! :-) I’ve enjoyed these student development series. In fact, my dip into Your Yoga classes has been quite a gracious and comprehensive experience. This Dyanna integration is delightfully helpful.

Ricky, you are such a fun instructor! Thank you! :-)

What a lovely feeling of connection to my body your practice instilled in me! This has been a challenge lately as I’ve recently become a primary care giver full time for three family members. It seems my mind is more externally focused and myself care and personal connection has been depleted. This awareness of my natural rhythm was medicinal. Audibly clear, warm and calming. Thank you! :-)

Your generous response means a great deal to me. Yes, I’m back tonight already repeating this inviting practice with you! Thank you! :-) 🙏

Such a fantastic sequence and execution, Juan. Job well done!

As always, your vocal intonations are smooth, warm and grounding. A luscious sound to smooth the vritties!

Perhaps I felt, though only a few times, unclear as to what we were doing. But a pause to study the visual gave me the bearings to adjust. I like that most of the flow could be ascertained by purely audible instruction. Further details might have cluttered up the verbal artistry, rendering it too crowded vocally. But I’d gladly invite more of your verbiage, tips and imagery, without sacrificing clarity of course.

Your delightful choreography could be repeated weekly for several months without tediousness ever setting in. Thank you! :-)

Lovely! Thank you! :-)

Juan, loved this! Thank you! :-) Flamingo Dancing Hands!!! lol😂😊 Ok, one question about vinyasa, did I misunderstand you say is one breath per movement ?

I thought it meant a vine like series of poses moving smoothly from one posture to the next, held for one or more breaths. I’m confused, because I like to hold certain poses for several breaths, such as Triangle.

Although I see we did hold a few poses, like Pigeon, for a couple cycles of breathing.
