Getting a good balance between verbal and physical assists and adjustments can make or break a students experience and whether they will return to you or not, so I appreciate these lectures, thank you 🙏🏼

Really enjoyed this talk. I finished my 200hr training today (finally!) and am feeling ready to take the next step, planning a class. I love the pulling poses from a hat idea of Juan’s. Definitely going to use your (Joanna’s) version of that to assist in sequencing a class.
