Hi Jamie!! So good to hear this... dragon boat training sounds intense, but great!! Love that the practice supported your hips after that kind of endurance work. And wow, what a full circle moment… hard to believe it’s already been almost two years since that magical retreat week.. good times!! So special that the video brought you back there and that you got to reconnect with Cathy, even virtually, she is such a good teacher!!
