Hi Louise, thank you so much for sharing such a heartfelt and honest reflection. I’m deeply moved by your journey and the resilience you’re showing in navigating life’s storms. It’s perfectly natural to feel as though you’re spinning within the chaos, and finding moments of calm, however, it is so powerful that you are grounding yourself amid it all. The fact that you connected with the “eye of the storm” imagery shows a profound awareness within you; that space of peace does exist, and you’re building a path toward it every time you step onto your mat. Be gentle with yourself and remember that moving at your own pace, honouring your flow, is exactly what will guide you forward. In terms of slowness or speed, your body and mind know how to find what they need in each practice. Each small moment of calm is a gift, and nurturing it throughout the day is a beautiful intention. We are grateful to be on this journey with you and thank you for practicing with Emily!

Amazing Maria Fernanda!! and thank you for watching and sharing. I agree, when it comes to different aspects of the yoga system, rational explanations can only take a person so far. The living experience is way more powerful than anything else!

so happy you enjoyed Jo's class, Nesli!!!
