Using Dave’s Killer Bread, I’ve been able to make this fit into my diet plan beautifully. Thanks for the suggestion.

Core work is just what I crave these days, as I recover from a little bit of surgery now that doctor says is ok to go for rebuilding my abdomen. Maybe alignment does begin in the feet, but I know the core is truly the support for the spine. Would like to see you do a sequence that incorporates in addition to the useful high plank with a twist but more  dolphin. Please show us a good malasanna, crow and some spinal inversions, like headstand or tripod. I know you are able to teach all of these more advanced posture sequencing. Great work!

Love using lots of props in my Yin, and that is just what you did. Lovely restorative meditation, Thank you! :-)

A hour of rest, thank you Angela... very well done. Would love to see more of the use of the wall work... not just with Yin.

Clever uses of bolster! I learned a great deal. Very nice relaxation in under 30 minutes! Thank you! :-)

Lovely Yin, Salla. Thank you! :-)

Thank you, Joanna, for your lovely presentation: happy foot care. There is so much good in taking care of the feet! I do most of my foot care in the tub and shower, but since practicing along with you, I am going to add two additional daily foot care routines, right before bed and just upon arising in the morning. Thank you! :-)

I’ve read and studied your excellent tips, appreciative that you choose to educate us on this. Building a brand, a following and a Voice … what an important topic for me… My career as a “Gym Yoga” instructor has been lovely… but compromising. I’m sure you can imagine some of the reasons why that is. I’m looking to become more of a studio instructor, setting myself apart with my own unique brand, style and niche. Thank you, Daniel ! :-)
