So, is this our May 10 lesson for the 7-day challenge? It seems I’ve done this one before… but I love it. Thank you! :-)

Found many tips I incorporated immediately into my teaching! Thank you! :-)

Well done 30 minute wake-up routine. Such an invigorating way to ease into a more lubricated (and less painful) morning. The beauty of your voice creates a soothing nourishment for body and mind. Thank you! :-)

So glad I found this 10-minute foot care practice! It’s truly enhancing my nighttime routine foot massage session… nice to have such a soothing voice guiding me. Thank you! :-) 🙏

Thank you! :-) It was very informative to hear cueing of bones, love it when instructors address alignment of specific bones, and details of foot placement energy and spiraling of the muscle fibers and warnings about what not to do in order to avoid injury. Didn’t notice any comments about hunching shoulders or pushing the floor away, but I’m sure they were included. I’m dealing with acromium and upper/outer arm muscle impact injuries due to a “trip and fall”, so those cues were greatly appreciated! 🙏🙏

Thank you for your comment this morning Suzy! I clicked on my notifications and came to this wonderful hatha practice just as I was starting my morning routine. Good choice!

I appreciate Angela’s queuing and clear silky tone. Wonderfully done sequences !

Truly loved this warming practice though I’m struggling with a torn meniscus from a trip and fall last year. Before the knee trauma I was able to sit on my heels easily and squatting “bottom to grass” but that has also been significantly compromised. Injuries of knees and rotator cuffs are expressed frequently by my students so I’m experiencing some of what they’ve experienced. I’m much more compassionate now…

Happy New Year! Thank you for this, Suzi!
