I’ve watched a few videos of yours and only when you mentioned “I’m using some anatomical terms today” that I realized “ohhhhh class with Angela, Angela from anatomy classes!!” - hair color and the different energy frequencies: calmer and much peaceful at the class, and a storm of energy and enthusiasm with all the quizzes 🥰🥰

After saying this, cause I laughed to myself for being so silly, thank you for the class. Was so complete, I observed this time and took notes. Your tips and advices are incredible for a student on its way to become an instructor.

I live in Algarve, os a bit far away from Ribatejo. Because I don’t have social media I’m always out of news from events or meetings. I bet it was beautiful. And for sure I’ll be there next year ❤️❤️❤️

I did this meditation for the first time, realizing how much I have to learn and how much I want to learn.

I entered YourYogaFlowStudio to take my 500h training, now I understand I have a lifetime learning and I’m so grateful for that.
