I loved this class, Ricky! It was fun to discover what was very challenging and what was less challenging 😁 And I feel stronger, now. I'll come back to this for intermittent conditioning!

Paul Cowcher, I forgot to mention that it's important to "oil the nostrils" after they've dried, post-neti. I think online instructions often miss this step, which is an important one! But I recall you saying at the retreat that you hadn't been sick in 20 years, so maybe you should share your secrets with me! 😁 Thanks for sticking with me through the technical issues 😅

Sherida, how wonderful that you had the opportunity to learn Qigong in China! I will definitely be sharing more in the future. I find it such a beautiful complement to yoga.
