Roxane Anglehart thanks for your feedback! I recently added a class to the app that's for perimenopause, as well (and PMS). I hope that provides some more insight and support for you and/or your students.

Roxane Anglehart Thanks! 😆 Silliness is a great antidote for liver qi stagnation!

I'm so pleased to hear you enjoyed this class. I really enjoyed teaching it and felt so lovely, afterwards.

Woohoo! I loved the repetition and the variety in upper body movements, as well as the lots of lateral bends (so needed in our chair-sitting lives). I had to modify the most challenging parts of the sequence, but this gives me something to work towards :)

🫶 The novelty, the fun, the flow, the way my body and mind feel afterwards. Added to my favourites 🧡

Me and my body LOVED this practice. The mindfulness of breath, sensation, movement and connection were so nourishing and grounding. I especially appreciated doing similar postures in different orientations. It felt just wonderful, body, mind and heart. Thank you Juan Villegas!

This was a wonderful, accessible class for a day when I'm feeling tired and stiff! I'll be repeating this class, which is perfect for days when I want to go slowly and return to "beginner's mind". Thank you Mark Atherton

I'm so grateful for this practice and will be using it regularly, whenever I feel like a block of wood, as I did today (thank you, perimenopause! 😅). Such wonderfully accessible postures and still a feeling of lovely flow. One of my all-time favourites. Thank you Mark Atherton

I loved this class, Ricky! It was fun to discover what was very challenging and what was less challenging 😁 And I feel stronger, now. I'll come back to this for intermittent conditioning!
