Great way to start my day! Favourite line: "The body is ready," I felt like an adept about to do some great feat 🧘‍♀️

"And imagine you're one of those scary mummies just found in a tomb." 😂 The Halloween-themed names were amazing. 🎃

Such a unique practice, Gilbert! I loved staying close to the floor and doing all those leg and torso-stretching postures that I don't do often enough 😊

Tony Latham I'm so glad you found my tips helpful :)

Heather Tessier Wow! That's so cool :) Thanks for sharing that little victory with us!

Ah, what a beautiful whole body hatha sequence! My joints are happy and my mind is quiet. Deceivingly challenging, in moments, and wholly accessible for all. Thank you, Salla !

Hi Gabrielle! A student with this concern should be getting recommendations from a medical care provider or other skilled professional, who can consider their needs and make specific recommendations for each stage of recovery. It is beyond the scope of a yoga teacher's knowledge (unless they have other relevant certifications) to make individual recommendations for serious conditions such as this. Salla tagging you for the FYI :)
