Jason Hotchkiss similar to 200 hours the info is a bit generalized still, if you are interested in teaching more vinyasa than hatha we can certainly answer any questions you might have that maybe you don't see in the course. We have added however, many advanced asana that can be used as peak poses for maybe a more advanced Hatha class or and Vinyasa classe. Does this answer your question?
