Exactly as Lin said, double check that your time zone is correct in your profile settings and all the times will show up in your local time zone! :) If you click on a live event you will see the countdown clock, so you should get a good idea of when something is going to happen :)

Day 2! Today's practice is a Guided Relaxation led by the wonderful Nancy. Taking time during the day to stop and be still can be a great way to recharge and reset the flow of your day. Gather your blankets, props and coziest socks and settle in for deep rest!
