Karen Nasrallah Hi! Yes Yin and Iyengar yoga are different styles of yoga. Your best bet is a quick google search and you will come across some great websites outlining the styles so you can understand the difference between them! The roots and evolution of these styles of yoga is much more detailed than I could write here! :) I always find practicing a class helps me understand what makes it different from others. We have many Yin Yoga classes on the site that will give you a good understanding of Yin Yoga :)

Hi Karen. Kundalini Training is a separate style of yoga for which their are specific trainings. You might have success searching your local area for Kundalini classes and teachers if you are interested in teaching this style. Thanks :)

Hi Christine. You will find Bandhas in the curriculum (I think around the sections on Pranayama) :) The pronunciation of the word makes it sound like "bundhas" :)
