I'd already done a morning yoga session before starting this coursework today, but a few hours in and this 20 minutes of Seated Pose has made my back feel amazing. Think i'll be incorporating this into my daily routine as a stand alone mini session to loosen everything up! Thank You!

I enjoyed that so much and it's always so reassuring to know you're able to take the Sun Salutation and modify it in so many beautiful ways for yourself and your students. In fact, it's adaptable to all days of my own life, whether i'm feeling flexible or particularly stiff that day! Thanks Juan! 💜
