Thank you for a lovely video. I love your beautiful dogs! It's so good to know that having an array of paths is also a normal thing. With so many people just having their one career focus, I'm often left to feel that I'm indecisive and not sure where I'm going. I'm also creative and can't sit still with one focus. I've only recently realised that this is not a bad thing and you've now encouraged me to focus my energy on all of my different passions. You've enlightened my creative and diverse paths and to engage in them all!

With so much variety and types it is so hard to choose! But one that I have recently enjoyed doing is the Creative Vinyasa  with Juan. I have shoulder/neck issues and I've realised some of the movements I need to do daily to get to the core of the issue, hopefully! I enjoy this one as it has some shoulder mobility + a whole energetic flow to practice along to. And maybe one day I may be able to do a wheel at the end!
