I have loved the restorative yoga classes never thought I would as my mind is busy and I can find staying in a pose boring my mind wonders and I figet ((didn't really enjoy a yin class unless really stressed out)...oh my lord it was heaven ....and I will definitely practice more in the future
I've loved everything I've done so far, but the practice I go to most is Salla's Time Out meditation. I try to meditate every day before I get out of bed, and this class is perfect as I can usually fit it in before my 3 year old wakes (her sleep is somehow magically connected to mine, so she usually wakes just after me) and it's the perfect start to the day 😊
As a back pain sufferer I have real enjoyed the Back Pain videos (for myself and for ideas to use with students) and this has reminded me that it’s time to do them again! Thank you
My favorite parts were the philosophy and Mark Chanting. It was beautiful and settling
Mine is the lower body yin with Andrea. It's my go to when feeling stressed or when I'm aching from other workouts. I just love the stretches and holding them for that length of time. I feel so much lighter after. I must have done this one about 50 times 🙂
With so much variety and types it is so hard to choose! But one that I have recently enjoyed doing is the Creative Vinyasa with Juan. I have shoulder/neck issues and I've realised some of the movements I need to do daily to get to the core of the issue, hopefully! I enjoy this one as it has some shoulder mobility + a whole energetic flow to practice along to. And maybe one day I may be able to do a wheel at the end!
