Thank you Angela, having taught a lot this week what a treat to be guided by you, and focus on self. I really loved the shoulder dips from wide Sphinx, it was painful but released tension from my collarbones that I had clearly been ignoring. Have a lovely weekend all:)

I have practiced Pilates since my degree in Contemporary dance, it was a fundamental part of our daily training and it’s been in my life ever since. I love how it can make movement ranges increase, strengthen muscles, improve body awareness, propriocetion, balance etc in an accessible to everyone and anyone way. I love the Classic Contrology 34 exercises and all the modern variations on a theme, such as the use of soft balls, resistance bands, wooden poles etc. I adore teaching it and love how my Yoga and Pilates practices support one another. Thank you for having it on the YYF platform, I don’t get too much time to get to friends classes, so Juan’s super work on here is a great bonus :)

Unfortunately I couldn’t join the live yesterday so have started my day with the recording. This was much needed and I realise I have had a bit too much Yang energy and practice. I love it when you instructed “gift yourself five more breaths” , I gave myself permission to slow down and release to the shape. Thank you, have a super week all.Namaste :)

Hi I am Nadine and I live in the Cambridgeshire fens near Ely. I trained as a Contemporary dancer many moons ago,and teach Pilates and Yoga with trainings from other schools. I also run my own business as a Basketmaker and grow my own willows. My intention for the next six months is to hold space for my own personal yoga practice using the fabulous redesigned app and make serious in roads into the 300 hour programme which I rather half heartedly began a year ago.Love and light to all.X
