Sadly it sure does look like it ....anatomy of some of are quite not right.....postures are beyond what a human body could do.....lol oh this world....Human creativity and work are still the most amazing thing that should be appreciated. Sorry, I do have difficulty with such things as AI...it does have its place yes, when well used ...it frankly scares me the way/direction the world is going....Apologies for expressing my little heart....I have been unable to shake the thoughts off after reading this comments! I was dreaming it was not AI generated!.....Namaste <3 ;)

Namaste Mark<3 The journey of healing/acceptance is rough....It is easy to loose connection with not only oneself, but to mother earth, your roots....Many challenges presents itself on ones path, the ground crumble under ones feet, boulders are thrown on the path, the weight of it all increased and press on ones shoulders....The overwhelm veil somber ones view, the fight-flight state drains the energy and one looses sight of the shore....Needing return to mindfulness and a smoother flow of life, I needed such practice you offered here....From m,y heart to yours, Thank You... Your guidance and calm assisted me in returning, for the moment present, to a sense of peace...Yes, it was feeling like I might not last as I have not been able to do long practices since regressing in my healing journey...Motivational Monday quote did provide openness for this week! And so, I welcomed the challenge to embody calm with movement and reconnect with my being...It was quite therapeutic and soothing.<3

Mark Atherton Beautiful! Thank You! A way back, when I started my journey to get certified to be a guide in yoga, in my early days of this healing journey, I did express to my spouse that I would love to guide classes and using singing throughout some sequences!...For me singing was fabulous...the vibrations....and all!...Anyhow! Thanks for the guidance! I will keep on learning, practicing, finding equilibrium and get out there!!! Namaste<3

Namaste<3 As I am fascinated with vocals, I did many years of voice coaching and love singing, I would love to deepened my knowledge in the world of chanting...Would you have any references one can study more in depth chanting, it's benefit and everything about it?! I do believe this can be a wonderful tool on my healing journey and to help finding equilibrium and nurture the vagus nerve.... As a passionate of singing, one question I have since I have been introduced to chanting ages ago, what key does one chant? I kind of love using various range...for one, I am trying to find my singing voice again....so I love chanting as a warm up, or just to relax! I guess I want to learn the authentic way of chanting....Thanks for opening the door to something wonderful! Namaste Mark.

Namaste Mark. Thanks for guiding this practice. I needed a restorative moment, but not too long...! This was perfect! I need to accept and allow rest for my being, force due to chronic conditions! I have difficulty "doing nothing" or resting. This was a great practice for me to cultivate moment of stillness, of "doing nothing". The journey is long and it is something to cultivate and watch bloom over time. This year, allowing and being comfortable with resting and cultivating calm is my motto....this practice was a great start! Thanks for your gentle and compassionate guidance. Namaste<3

Namaste Mark. Thank You for your guidance of this practice. One always choose the practice that is needed at the present moment! It was the perfect one for me!  This morning, I started writing my reflection on a group session I completed on Acceptance and Living with chronic conditions. The last reflection for that moment was on the importance of cultivating flexibility as chronic conditions are part of me. One has to develop fluidity in order to cultivate quality of life. With the intensity of symptoms fluctuating from time to time, it is important to be able to flow gracefully through those harder moments. To sway with wind! I haven't been able to do long practices for quite a while. It was bit scary to attempt this one! I am really happy I did it! Ya, I started to get tired and questioned myself! With your gentle guidance I made it through and I feel GREAT! I was able to connect to some muscles that have become relaxed! It was just an amazing flow, Thank You! <3<3<3

This week, Savasana has been my pose to find, to try to cultivate, zen from within...Major flare up the past two weeks from chronic conditions, working on acceptance, creating peace from within, being in the present moment and letting the storm pass ...Savasana with breathing exercises help cultivating peace and calm...still have lots to learn and many practices to do...Returning to your breathe, allowing compassionate rest....one build acceptance and a deeper connection from within.

May you all have a peaceful weekend and keep cultivating your Zen, Namaste <3

Namaste Nancy<3      I bow my head towards my heart to thank you for your guidance of this practice I allowed myself to do. I am trying to cultivate a sense of peace and calm from within, as I am swirling in the chaos of the world/life. Practicing to retrieve and nurture the mind-body connection that has been lost over the years... Your calm and compassionate soul is deeply felt through the practice. Thank You<3
