I watched the live development first and then I did this replay. I loved learning more about the Bundhas and definitely will start to incorporate more into my Hatha and Chair Yoga Teachings. Thank you Angela.  Both lives were very interesting and knowledgeable.  

I absolutely loved this student development session. I always knew and practiced using Bandhas but touched on them very lightly in my classes. This has Ignited a fresh new intrest in learning as much as I can and teaching workshops on the Bandhas. Thank Angela ❤️

Thank you so much Mark for this wonderful informative Theming class. I have done a lot of your yoga classes and have adapted my theming from them. I loved the mention of using traditional yoga philosophy and bringing it into our everyday life. I will definitely explore this for future themes as well as the Buddisum theories on suffering and beginners mind and learning to connect and weave this through gentle explanation and relating it to everyday life. Very much  enjoyed this talk. Just the word theming use to scare me, know I am loving thinking about it and weaving it into my classes. And like you said, it takes many classes of teaching and learning to become good at this. Very interesting session. Thank you.

Instruction on how to teach and the personalities of the Doshas. I love your style of teaching you are a vibrant teacher which makes learning interesting and fun.
