Yayy Sandra. Yes, the vista is beautiful, it was filmed in Ireland and it is amazing that you were aware of your body changing, warming up and muscles softening. That is one of the biggest reasons for yoga which is to build internal awareness!! 🙏

And yes Pranayama can be modified in many different ways, great you are already thinking about your own teaching and how to provide these modifications to your students!!
