Hi Shiva! Thank you for practicing with me. Lovely to hear that you enjoyed the flow and the heat created during the practice. AND YES!! sometimes more challenging poses, for some reason, don't happen on one side of the body! I have been there for sure!! Wishing you a lovely rest of your week!!
