Hi Amber, some teachers call it differently, it is a variation of Pigeon pose, I would call it resting Pigeon Pose. I believe in Yin Yoga it is called Swan or Sleeping Swan.

You are definetly not the only one!! It is a very common thing to work on as it is something we don't do often in our daily life. Maybe when we were 5 years old!
