Thank you for your thoughtful feedback Deborah and thank you for practicing with me! I’m so glad the detailed cueing and alignment tips resonated with you. I don't think I mentioned in this session the cue of “pushing the floor away” but that is a great cue for teaching arm balances in general. Wishing you a smooth recovery from your injury. 🙏🙏
