"we practice vinyasa by connecting breath and movement" but maybe it sounded like "one breath per movement" 😂 And your definition of vinyasa is totally correct. I also love being able to hold certain poses for a few breaths within a vinyasa sequence. Wishing you a beautiful rest of your week!!
