It's Day 13! Hard to believe that we are almost half-way through the first month of 2025! Today's class is Hatha for Core with Juan, filmed on the beautiful Cliffs of Moher in Ireland. Not only is this a great class, the setting and scenery are stunning! :)

Today is Day 8! How is everyone doing? Have you found it easy to start the year with these classes? Or has it been a bit of a challenge? Although I didn't feel like it this morning (no amount of coffee gave me the energy boost I was looking for), I rolled out my mat and enjoyed today's practice (Sacral Chakra Hatha) with Joanna which gave me the jolt I needed to then go onto my spin class!
