Thanks a lot, Nancy, Enjoyed the practice. . . Namaste !

Thanks Juan !

The whole sequence looks like a modified "Astanga Vinyasa Surya Namaskar A &/or B" — quite intersecting mind-body workout though . . .

Gratitude & Regards,

Dhan

Thanks Juan, taking me to the journey of Yoga's History & Philosophy through these 4 livestream lectures. They are quite informative and interesting, rather complex too to grasp easily. I am slowly going through the post livestream recordings. Gratitude and profound regards. Dhan

Video tranmission is off the sky; stuck up at this stage possibly because of local cloudy-stormy condition. Not moving ahead. May be I can see the complete one from the recording. Regards. .

Thank you Mark ! Interesting sequence; looks like a milder form of Hatha . . .

Namaste Juan ! Very interesting and informative lecture indeed. As usual I shall have to go through the recording of the lecture once again since the graphic is extensive and rather quite ‘busy’. However, you  explained it pretty well especially the Sanskrit terms !

Vow ! what a wnderful sequence of asnas; I thoroughly enjoyed. . . .!!

I'm all almost novice to Pilates, so apparently what doesn't fit in as a "'standard yoga pose" in this sequence  is the "fused Pilates pose" — the rule of residuals . . . . . .!  Isn't it . . . .? But anyway  whatsoever, it is an interesting sequence to practice . . . I loved this as a new routine to add to my teaching bag !!
