I have a traumatic brain injury myself and I was wondering how I would go about teaching, but this inspires me so much, I can see myself going to other injured people and helping them wit 1-2-1 yoga! I would love to learn more about this topic or see examples of modified classes if you (or another teacher) would be inspired to teach us!
