I really love this new platform and online community. Yoga and meditation both help to keep me grounded and calm. In times of stress or anxiety it is the one thing that I know will always make me feel better both mentally and physically. I just wish I carved out more time for it!

This is so beautiful, Mark. Thank you for sharing these ideas. It is interesting to me because I realize now after reading your words that what my body craves every fall and winter is Hygge- warm tea, cozy blankets and soups and stews are something I only eat in the fall and winter when the colder and darker months set it and I actually physically crave them! I am excited now to read more about Hygge.
