Hi Nelly, thank you for your question, it's a good one! It is tricky because if you are offering different options and suggestions and including props to support your students in the pose, then the choice is really with the students as to whether they choose to listen and explore those options or not. A good way to help these enthusiastic students could be to workshop a pose that is starting to look unsafe in some bodies and break it down slowly for the whole class, only taking the pose as far as it feels safe and controlled for the whole class. This can be a learning moment for everyone in the class, fine-tuning alignment and slowing things down to become more mindful and controlled in the pose. Hope this helps!

You are so welcome, Cheryl. Glad you feel refreshed. Thank you for practicing 🙏

Thank you for practice Juan Villegas, it felt so good to build the layers to the forward folds and twists as we went along. I had never done twisted eagle before and realized I hadn't practice standing splits for a while either! Thank you for the heat, the challenge and the inspiration! You are such a motivating teacher 🙏

Thank you Mark for sharing this beautiful practice and for sharing your amazing ability to teach inclusive and accessible classes always. 🙏✨
