Hi Karen, great question! You could do this class after lunch depending on how comfortable it feels to practice after eating. Personally, I prefer to practice before a meal as it can sometimes feel uncomfortable to practice when feeling full, but it is entirely up to you and what works in your body! Enjoy the class!

Thank you for your kind words Mia. So glad you enjoyed the energy of this practice. In answer to your question, it depends on which part of the class you are referring to. There were some side plank variations and plank pose variations. Usually, I simply refer to them as that, so I can add as much creative flare to them as feels good!
