Thank you for sharing Roxane!!! I’m glad you enjoyed the practice and the progression leading up to the peak pose. That’s exactly the intention... to explore the journey rather than to focus only on the final shape. Not "reaching" the peak pose is completely okay!! What matters is how your body feels and the awareness you build along the way. I’m really happy to hear the guidance supported you, that means a lot!!
Hi Jamie. Thank you so much for sharing...I’m really glad the platform feels easy to navigate and that you’re connecting with the calm, grounded energy of the instructors. That awareness you’re building around slowing down and being present is such a powerful part of the practice and the teaching. What you said about modifying poses and listening to your body is exactly what yoga is about. Your experience, especially healing after surgery, brings a lot of depth and wisdom, and it’s beautiful that you want to carry that into how you teach others. There is so much strength in honouring where we are!! It’s also amazing that you’re studying Ayurveda for Women, what a perfect complement to your journey with yoga. Everything you’re exploring is so interconnected, and it’s wonderful to see you embracing it in such a meaninful way. We’re grateful to have you as part of this community!!
Hi Briggette. Sorry to hear that you had a challenging couple of days, but I am happy to hear that this practice helped you in feeling more grounded and more settled. I appreciate your message and for watching the session!!!
