Day 4! This week so far, we've enjoyed some wonderful longer length practices which offer so many benefits for the body and mind. Today we have a short breathing practice with Juan. Whilst it can be great to be able to set aside 60 minutes for self-care, during a busy week finding this time can sometimes be difficult. A short 5-10 minute practice of pranayama, meditation or a gentle stretch can absolutely have a profound impact on our well-being.
