Day 3! The week is flying by, and today our practice is another 60-minute Yin Yoga class this time led by the wonderful Angela Inglis! This class is a wonderful evening-time practice (but any time of day too!). Light a few candles, roll out your mat, and melt the stresses of the day away!

Hi Monica! Welcome! Exactly as Lin said, double check that your time zone is correct in your profile settings and all the times will show up in your local time zone! :) If you click on a live event you will see the countdown clock, so you should get a good idea of when something is going to happen :)

Day 2! Today's practice is a Guided Relaxation led by the wonderful Nancy. Taking time during the day to stop and be still can be a great way to recharge and reset the flow of your day. Gather your blankets, props and coziest socks and settle in for deep rest!
