It's Day 3 and we have one of my favorite classes - Moving Pranayama with Tammy! It's 30 minutes of movement and breath and great way to start the day!
Happy New Year! My practice last year was all about Calm. I found I enjoy using the gym for the intense workouts and that yoga is my place of calm, recovery and resetting. :)
