Lovely! Thank you! :-)

Juan, loved this! Thank you! :-) Flamingo Dancing Hands!!! lolšŸ˜‚šŸ˜Š Ok, one question about vinyasa, did I misunderstand you say is one breath per movement ?

I thought it meant a vine like series of poses moving smoothly from one posture to the next, held for one or more breaths. I’m confused, because I like to hold certain poses for several breaths, such as Triangle.

Although I see we did hold a few poses, like Pigeon, for a couple cycles of breathing.

So, is this our May 10 lesson for the 7-day challenge? It seems I’ve done this one before… but I love it. Thank you! :-)

Found many tips I incorporated immediately into my teaching! Thank you! :-)

Loved the part speaking about how to get to know the students. Also, I’m a big fan of ā€œpre-covidā€ style of more hands on interaction with students.

Well done 30 minute wake-up routine. Such an invigorating way to ease into a more lubricated (and less painful) morning. The beauty of your voice creates a soothing nourishment for body and mind. Thank you! :-)
