The first half focuses on stoking your inner fire, stabilizing your muscles, and building functional core strength through intentional planks and slow, controlled flows. Then, we shift gears completely, slowing down into deep Yin postures and grounding breathwork to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and let your body fully absorb the work.
