Thank you Mark, this is such a lovely meditation. It takes me so long to calm my mind and my emotions but by the end of this I was so much more relaxed. My dog has gotten into the habit over the last 9 days of coming to sit in my lap while I meditate, and this also helps! I am on a 6 months journey of daily mediation that also started January 1st. I am hoping by the end of this journey I will have better control of my monkey mind and my emotions.

I need to do this one more than once. I do my meditations first thing when I wake up and thinking of darkness and things that I need to forgive wasn't where my mind was able to go this morning. Which I guess, is actually a good thing. :)

Juan Villegas mine tend to be pests while I am practicing and make it more of a challenge. I have a malinois, collie, and a malinois/beagle mix puppy. So with 3 dogs it is often a zoo here during yoga time. Yesterday I only had the collie hanging out with me and he just wanted to chill beside me :). One of these days I may train one of them to actually do yoga with me, since they are determined to hangout with me during yoga time.

Loved this! My dog even came to join me for part of it.

I actually made a commitment to myself to meditate every day for 20 minutes for the next 6 months. This is perfect for keeping me on track!

I’d love it if there were more live class options. The 11am option in my time zone would work for me on Friday’s and Wednesday’s but no other day. The other time options are while I’m sleeping.

I usually end up having to ‘listen’ to the lives as I’m driving to teach classes at the Air Force Base - it’s a 45 minute drive for me if there’s no traffic. So, it gives me something productive to do. However, I’d much rather attend a Live from home where I can truly give my 100% attention.

I do go back and watch the replay later so I can take notes.

Saddle pose is way too intense for my lower back. I cannot remember how to modify this even more. During my 200 YTT I was taught how to do this but it has been 8 yrs since I completed my 200 and have not done this pose since because it's not my fav for obvious reasons. But since no alternatives were offered for this deep stretch I was wondering what you recommend.Â
