Thank you for sharing Rebecca! It was very moving to read about your grandad and the amazing physio who saw him for who he was. Yes, I am in complete agreement. Learning about the individuals character and interests is a point of connection on which to build a bridge. Have a lovely day and see you again soon.

Thank you Sharon! I did this at midday in the beautiful sunshine and it was so nurturing!

Faustine Pariente Hi Faustine! Replying in English (as my written French is a little rusty. I hope this is ok). Emily Sulzle thank you for sharing your experience and methods of practice! It’s fascinating to read. I love the idea of a colouring meditation.

Thank you Juan Villegas - it was so refreshing to have a lovely stretch for the front of the shoulders. My body says 🙏

Thank you Mark Atherton - I loved that pigeon pose (and variations) was in there. A lovely, gentle, yet cleansing practice đź‘Ś

Christina Dawson I’ve just made a little edit in the reply below, to cover a little more. Have a great day!

Christina Dawson what a beautiful idea and I love that you are considering the accessibility of this space. I understand the professionalism aspect. I’m happy to share my experience here. When I first started, I offered a blend of experiences. A small 1-2-1 studio at my home (which had some steps to access the front door outside of the property) and also, a few smaller studio classes, where there was access (with no steps, and was also wheelchair friendly). I go to my clients if it is better suited for them to be in their home environment, or a hospital. Consider your options, contemplate your offering, look into what needs to be in place for the stairs (visibility and anti slip coating / strips, a hand rail etc). There will be online resources for your area to help you with this. The right descisions will come to you. Have a lovely week!
