Yeah, I know what you mean Linda. I used to memorize my Pilates sequences, but I never did it with Yoga, because I knew what I was teaching but were not too attached on how to get there as there are many ways to teach yoga. For Pilates I feel like it is a little bit more precise so I decided to have notes and be ok with it and I think it is very nice to allow oneself to do that! It is easier!
