Wow, sorry to hear. and thank you for sharing. I am glad you have found methods that have helped you throughout the years and yoga is so vast that when a professional discourages yoga in general is because they might not be familiar with yoga, some yoga practices might worsen your situation (depending how they are done), but some others can help. I am glad that you went with your gut!! So glad this class was helpful!! I hope Greece was fun and have a lovely week!
