Hi Andra. You could opt to place bolsters behind you and perhaps a block under your sit bones to support your body in a modified version of this shape! If you experiment with a few different configurations of props you might find a great modification for your particular needs :) In this class Nicole demos a variation with a few different props: Nature Yin (youryogaflowstudio.com).

Today let's talk about the Power of Pilates!
