Today is Day 8! How is everyone doing? Have you found it easy to start the year with these classes? Or has it been a bit of a challenge? Although I didn't feel like it this morning (no amount of coffee gave me the energy boost I was looking for), I rolled out my mat and enjoyed today's practice (Sacral Chakra Hatha) with Joanna which gave me the jolt I needed to then go onto my spin class! 

It's Day 6 and today we have two practices - Equal Ratio Breathing Meditation with Juan followed by New Morning Meditation (also with Juan...it's the Juan show today!). You might try these practices a few different ways. Perhaps doing them one after the other (the Equal Ratio Breathing Meditation is more Pranayama based, helping to settle the mind for the longer New Morning Meditation), or perhaps the New Morning Meditation to start your day and then Equal Ratio Meditation before bed. :)

Hi Laura! Yes, Day 6 and Day 18 have two videos (shorter practices!). I'm so glad you're enjoying it all so far!
